Our Approach: Collaboration and Support
We don't follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we partner with schools to develop customised strategies and policies that fit their unique needs.
Joining RMAT:
- Sponsorship: Schools can join us as sponsored academies, receiving ongoing support and guidance.
- School Improvement Contracts: We also offer tailored improvement contracts to help schools reach their full potential.
Our Role as Sponsor:
- Performance and Finances: We take responsibility for the academic and financial success of our sponsored schools.
- Academy Setup and Governance: We assist with establishing the academy trust, selecting a governing body, and recruiting or supporting the headteacher.
- Collaboration with Regional Schools Commissioners: We work closely with regional authorities to match our resources with schools in Yorkshire.

Teacher Recruitment and Retention:

Applied Resilience Curriculum (Years 8 & 9):
This program broadens students' horizons by offering diverse subjects like gardening, architecture, skiing, and water sports, all taught by our qualified staff within school hours.
