Our Leadership

As Head of one of the fastest growing and most academically successful independent senior schools in Yorkshire, Caroline has a passionate interest in personalised learning, pupil achievement and school transformation.

Caroline has extensive experience working in school partnerships across both primary and secondary sectors and brings previous experience in both primary and secondary governance to her role at the Trust.

Caroline has worked in a range of schools in challenging contexts and led programmes encouraging wider participation in Higher Education. She champions the intelligent use of data to inform teachers and school leaders in their roles and believes that empowering teachers can go hand in hand with effective quality assurance.

Caroline also inspects for the Independent Schools Inspectorate and was formerly a Chartered Accountant working for PwC.
